Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary: FITL is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in software products to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Management:

  • Identify and target potential clients in need of our software products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends related to software products.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for our software products.
  • Present and demonstrate our software products to clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Technical Expertise:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of our software products and technological advancements.
  • Provide clients with detailed product information and tailored software solutions to meet their specific needs.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management.

Customer Support:

  • Ensure clients receive prompt and efficient support and service for software products.
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely manner.
