Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communicating with customers: Understanding customer needs and preferences, and explaining how products or services can help.
∎ Selling products:Recommending products or services, and persuading customers to buy them.
∎ Negotiating: Negotiating prices and terms, and preparing sales agreements.
∎ Maintaining relationships: Following up with customers to continue relationships
∎ Meeting sales goals: Working toward sales goals, which may be weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually.
∎ Preparing reports: Completing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
∎ Planning sales: Analyzing target markets, developing sales leads and materials, and planning sales strategies.
∎ Attending conferences: Attending conferences and trade shows to stay up to date with the latest products and customer needs.
∎ Providing after-sales services: Helping customers with after-sales services.
