Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop strong relationships, deep engagement and build annual sales plans for assigned set of customers
∎ Achieve the desired share of customer's volume
∎ Timely gathering and reporting of customer & market insights, supply and demand analysis, competition activity and industry trends
∎ Manage and monitor the shipment schedule in a timely manner

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Efficient in English and Computer
∎ Minimum 1 year' experience in sales
∎ Customer Relationship Management skills
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and Negotiation skills
∎ Basic knowledge of export / import terms, freight, financing and logistics
∎ The Job will require frequent travel within outside of Dhaka to build customer contacts and deepen relationships

Salary: Negotiable
