∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Freight forwarding
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Shipment Advise, Pre-Alert, E-Manifest, AMS & ISF.
∎ Tracking Cargo and updating status.
∎ Build and maintain close relationship with customers, operations, sales etc.
∎ Prepare and distribute the DSSR in a timely manner.
∎ Ensure shipment requirements are met and jobs are completed within the prescribed KPI limits.
∎ Validate delivery of export documents are timely and accurate first time.
∎ Responsible for correct and timely provision of all freight documentation to customers, building vendor relationships and managing processes with vendors.
∎ Other related functions to shipments co-ordination and ad-hoc duties which assigned by superior.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years

Salary: Negotiable
