Sales Executive – Job Description

M/S Sanabel Trading is looking for dynamic Sales Executives who are dedicated and passionate about sales. Sales Executives will be tasked with building relationships with potential distributors and sellers in the market.

Role Overview:

The Sales Representative at Sanabel Trading is responsible for driving sales of premium engine oil products within their assigned territory by developing dealer and vendor relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting the Sanabel brand. The role requires consistent field presence, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to execute both company-led and dealer-led campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Target Achievement – Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives for assigned dealers and vendors.
  • Dealer & Vendor Management – Support existing dealers in expanding their vendor base (mechanics, workshops, garages) and onboard new vendors into the Sanabel network.
  • Product Promotion – Ensure effective display of POS materials, branding, and promotional offers at vendor outlets.
  • Territory Coverage – Maintain a structured visit plan covering all dealers and vendors in the assigned region.
  • Relationship Building – Establish trust and long-term partnerships with dealers, vendors, and mechanics.
  • Market Intelligence – Collect competitor data, market trends, and pricing updates for reporting to the RSM.
  • Order Processing & Follow-up – Take orders, ensure timely deliveries, and track outstanding payments.
  • Technical Knowledge – Acquire basic product technical knowledge to advise vendors and mechanics.
  • Campaign Execution – Implement marketing activities, loyalty programs, and activation events.
  • Reporting – Submit daily/weekly sales reports, route plans, and activity updates via company CRM/app.

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Sales volume and revenue achievement.
  • Number of new vendors onboarded under dealer network.
  • Territory coverage percentage.
  • Dealer/vendor satisfaction feedback.
  • Campaign participation rate.
