∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate business and present market scenario.
∎ Have the experience to forecast sales, revenue, and budget with proper planning & execution.
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Must be self motivated and dynamic.
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
∎ A valid driving license and willingness to travel are a plus.
∎ Experience working in a reputed real estate company is highly preferred.
∎ Familiarity with social media platforms and basic understanding of digital engagement strategies.
∎ Sound knowledge of the real estate market, including laws and regulations.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong negotiation and closing skills.

∎ Assist clients in property selection, negotiations, and documentation processes.
∎ Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
∎ Represent the company at property exhibitions, events, and other promotional activities.
∎ Follow up on the company’s Facebook page, YouTube channel feeds, and engagements to connect with potential clients and maintain an active online presence.
