Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the achievement of the total sales target set by the Line Manager through driving the sales strategy of the assigned product line and increasing penetration in the market.
∎ Create a distinct sales process and marketing strategies for the sales team.
∎ Continually monitor and track allover sales performance.
∎ Analyze sales outcomes and create reports for management.
∎ Build and maintain positive client and customer relationships.
∎ Forecast quarterly and annual profits.
∎ Prepare and review the monthly/annual budget.
∎ Analyze market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
∎ Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
∎ Maintain receivable and payable status.
∎ Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
∎ Knowledge about motor parts business and direct sales experience.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Individual should know about motor parts, Lubricants & Car detaling.
∎ Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems,
∎ Excellent communication skill,
∎ Good at MS Word, Power Point Excel,
