Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communicate fluently in English with foreign customers.
∎ Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
∎ Manage daily sales activities and achieve sales targets.
∎ Develop and sustain strong customer relationships.
∎ Minimum education qualification: HSC, O-level ,A-level (English Medium), or English Version.
∎ Expert-level communication skills in English (speaking and writing).
∎ Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Prior experience in sales will be considered an advantage.
∎ Candidates pursuing studies while working are not eligible to apply.
∎ Energetic, well-presented, and motivated to achieve goals.
∎ Total Monthly Salary: 19,000–20,000 BDT (including base salary, food allowance, and commission).
∎ Base Salary: 16,000 BDT per month.
∎ Food Allowance: 1,000 BDT per month.
∎ Sales Commission: 2,500–3,000 BDT based on performance.
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 Eid bonuses.
∎ Provision Period: 4 months.
∎ Work Hours & Location:
∎ Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
∎ Weekend: Wednesday.
