• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays if required.
• Passion for fashion and knowledge of trends is a plus.
• Commitment to working with Marooned for a minimum of 1 years (candidates should not plan to leave within this period).

Basic= 12000 Tk, (FIXED)

Food =1000 Tk, (FIXED)

Sales Commission=2000 TK-3000TK ( Confirm Commission)

Total= 15000-16000 Taka.

Duty Hour: 10 am- 9 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom.
• Provide product information and help customers find suitable items.
• Maintain an organized, visually appealing showroom.
• Manage inventory and ensure product availability.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
• Address customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support the showroom team with daily tasks as needed.
