Job Responsibilities / কাজের দায়িত্ব
Plan and execute sales targets & activities in assigned territory for medical devices. / নির্ধারিত এলাকায় মেডিকেল ডিভাইসের সেলস টার্গেট বাস্তবায়ন করা।
Develop and implement sales plans for new business and existing clients. / নতুন ও বিদ্যমান গ্রাহকের জন্য বিক্রয় পরিকল্পনা তৈরি ও বাস্তবায়ন।
Build strong relationships and maintain communication with clients. / গ্রাহকের সাথে সুসম্পর্ক গড়ে তোলা ও নিয়মিত যোগাযোগ বজায় রাখা।
Marketing & sales knowledge on medical equipment/products is mandatory. / মেডিকেল পণ্য/ইকুইপমেন্টে মার্কেটিং ও সেলস জ্ঞান আবশ্যক।
Participate in product demonstrations with Product Specialist Team support. / প্রোডাক্ট স্পেশালিস্ট টিমের সহায়তায় ডেমো প্রদানে অংশগ্রহণ।
Maintenance & servicing: X-ray, C-Arm, OT Table, OT Light, Patient Monitor, ECG, Surgery Drill Machines, Anesthesia Machine, etc. / রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ ও সার্ভিসিং: এক্স-রে, সি-আর্ম, ওটি টেবিল, ওটি লাইট, পেশেন্ট মনিটর, ইসিজি, সার্জারি ড্রিল মেশিন, অ্যানেস্থেসিয়া মেশিন ইত্যাদি।
Resolve service issues to increase customer satisfaction. / সার্ভিস সমস্যা সমাধান করে গ্রাহক সন্তুষ্টি বৃদ্ধি করা।
Provide timely reports on activities, forecasts, sales, service & projects. / কার্যক্রম, ফোরকাস্ট, সেলস, সার্ভিস ও প্রজেক্ট সংক্রান্ত রিপোর্ট যথাসময়ে প্রদান।
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments & complaints. / গ্রাহক সংক্রান্ত রেকর্ড, লেনদেন, মন্তব্য ও অভিযোগ সংরক্ষণ।
