Job Context:
∎ The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new sales for the company.
∎ This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills.
∎ He/she should be able to think critically when making plans and able to execute a particular strategy.
∎ Proficient in English communication and writing.
∎ It is appreciable to have good knowledge on Redbook or other ERP.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.
∎ Maintain good relationship with clients and related stakeholders.
∎ Approach other organizations/prospective clients for marketing (offline/online).
∎ Handling social media accounts of the company.
∎ Lead team in lead generation through digital and direct marketing.
∎ Regular planning for future sales and marketing and branding of Redbook.
∎ Report to management on regular basis through digital platform of communication.
∎ Help management in planning future marketing strategy.
∎ Engage new sales partners in Bangladesh in other countries.
∎ Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
∎ Track sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
∎ Give training to salespeople.
∎ Develop your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
∎ Promote the organization and products.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Incentive of sales will be provided.
