Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree from any reputed university/ Diploma in Electrical in Electrical Electronic Engineering.( Educational Qualification will be relaxed for experienced and skilled candidate)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Searching for new & establishing new clients, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
∎ Searching potential customers by regularly market visit.
∎ Responsible for door to door sales to increase revenue from sales.
∎ Collect order and ensure on time product delivery.
∎ Collect client information in a systematic way and build a strong relationship with customers.
∎ The candidate has to be able to handle the market and strong confidence to achieve the sales target.
∎ Plan, develop and execute innovative marketing plans to establish a growing brand in order to achieve overall sales targets in terms of volume, revenue and profitability of Company's products.
∎ Give sales feedback, address different opportunities with improvement area and set to expand the marketing network of particular territory.
∎ Development new clients and maintain good relationship with clients.
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly market report on sales & distribution.
∎ Follow up exclusive clients regularly.
∎ Follow-up daily sales report.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Lift/ Generator/ Substation - Sales and Marketing
∎ Excellent coordination and presentation skills
∎ Proficiency in Computer literacy
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English & Bengali
Salary: Negotiable
