Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and approach potential customers to promote high-speed internet services.
∎ Conduct direct sales visits to residential, corporate, and SME clients.
∎ Generate new leads through cold calling, door-to-door marketing, referrals, and social media engagement.
∎ Understand customer needs and offer customized internet plans to meet their requirements.
∎ Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
∎ Follow up on potential customers to convert leads into sales.
∎ Provide detailed information about internet packages, bandwidth options, and pricing.
∎ Address customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and referrals.
∎ Work closely with the support team to ensure seamless service activation for new customers.
∎ Assist customers in understanding the benefits of FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) technology, router setup, and bandwidth allocation.
∎ Conduct market research to analyze competitors' services, pricing, and offers.
∎ Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the management.
∎ Collaborate with the technical team to ensure quick installation and troubleshooting for new clients.
