  • Have previous sales experience with transferable skills for the motorcycle retail sector·
  • Phenomenal communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to connect with buyers and team members·
  • Positive attitude, dynamic and passionate about motorcycles·
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record·
  • English speaker is a must·
  • Be determined to achieve all sales targets and performance expectations·
  • Be prepared to support all members of the dealership when required·
  • Be driven, comfortable with fast-paced environments·
  • Be able to adapt quickly and professionally·
  • Confident in their desire and ability to deliver excellent customer service·
  • Forward-thinking and adept with digital technology·
  • Punctual and exceptionally well-organized
  • Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Greeting customers and identifying their needs and preferences·

  • Demonstrating the company`s high standards as well as motorcycle and explaining their features and benefits·

  • Advising customers on the best motorcycle for their needs and budget·

  • Negotiating prices and finalizing sales·

  • Arranging finance and insurance options for customers·

  • Coordinating the delivery of motorcycle to customers and building strong relationships with clientele·

  • Providing excellent after-sales service and support to customers·

  • Maintaining accurate records of sales and customer interactions·

  • Collaborating with other members of the sales team to achieve sales targets·

  • Identifying Customers requirements and support them through their purchase journey·

  • Upselling where possible to enhance the customers` motorcycle experience

  • Building a strong rapport with customers and the local motorcycle community
