∎ Minimum Graduate/Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Flexible for having experience. and skills on sales

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve monthly and yearly sales target as per Annual Operation Plan
∎ Drive Primary and Secondary Sales target on day-to-day basis for ensuring Market Leadership and Growth.
∎ Effectively implement Sales, Promotional activities / Trade schemes and Merchandising for the specified routes and distributor areas.
∎ Monitor inventory in Distributor Point and ensure product availability and visibility in all the outlets.
∎ Regular monitor distribution gaps and take corrective actions for increasing numeric distribution of all the products.
∎ Maintain relationship and constantly work with distributors and the internal office in order to ensure availability of the products at the right time.
∎ Collect market information to strengthen market intelligence activities

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good interpersonal communication skill, Conversation starter, Good listener, patience for handling different type of people, can translate customer needs to business.
∎ Ability to maintain self composure in a high pressure work place.
