∎ Proven experience in sales and sales management in the Paints and Construction Chemical industry.
∎ Should be able to drive motorbike
∎ Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
∎ Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Generate Sales and ensure collection against sales.
∎ Prospect new clients via sales calls.
∎ Prepare practical and effective Daily/Weekly plans to achieve monthly sales targets.
∎ Maintaining and increasing sales of the company's products.
∎ Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base.
∎ Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
∎ Manage and enhance excellent business relations with different categories of customers.
∎ Implement organizational policies & strategies to compete with competitors.
∎ Forecast market demand and achieve sales targets.
∎ Regular client feedback, follow up and ensure customer satisfaction as desired and report to supervisor.
∎ Predict clients' demand and meet requirements within the optimum time frame.
∎ Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner.
∎ Implement operational strategies to meet quality customer services.
∎ Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.
