Responsibilities & Context: - Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company targets.
- Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, meetings, and networking events.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients (local and global), government agencies, and others (where applicable).
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with their business needs.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Technical Consultation & Solution Selling:
- Work closely with technical teams to develop proposals, conduct demonstrations, and deliver presentations.
- Recommend solutions that best fit the customer requirements.
- Strong understanding of company’s product and solutions.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to offer the best solutions to customers.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Keep up to date with trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
- Analyze market demands and provide insights to improve service offerings.
- Proposal & Contract Management:
- Prepare quotations, RFPs, and technical proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
- Ensure timely order processing and follow-up on payment collections.
