∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and field force monitoring plan for area in support of national objectives.
∎ To establish strong foothold in the market by ensuring numeric and weighted distribution nationally.
∎ Accomplish regional sales human resource objectives by, orienting, assigning, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned area; planning, and monitoring.
∎ Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations for strategic plans and reviews;
∎ Resolving problems; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
∎ Meets regional sales objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual/monthly route plan and scheduling field force movement plan, and initiating corrective actions.
∎ Maintain and expand customer base by counseling ASM/ZI/SS/SR/TSR; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
∎ Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes.
∎ Surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
∎ Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
∎ Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
∎ Overall development of the national sales of the company for all the SKUs of the company by bringing positive growth.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years experience in sales and distribution of all kind of cake items along with other professional etiquette
∎ Must have experience on sales / marketing activities in any reputed organization.
∎ Strong time-management skills.
∎ Ready to work under heavy pressure and beyond office hours.
Salary: Negotiable
