Job Context:
∎ Skilled in training with 2-3 years on hands experience with any reputed multinational/ local organization
∎ Tech Savvy: Needs to be updated and enthusiastic about recent mobile devices technology
∎ Excellent Interpersonal skills with capability of creating engaging learning culture for participants with varying ages and backgrounds
∎ Well adept at creating & presenting pre and post training assessments, modules & contents
∎ Familiar with international level training techniques and assessment models
∎ Street smart & adaptive to changing environment
∎ Enthusiastic about travelling extensively across Bangladesh
∎ Proactive with good leadership qualities, able to take accountability for actions
∎ Fluent in Bengali & English speaking & writing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & deploy product readiness and soft skills e.g. Sales pitch, KSP and competency programs
∎ Training plan execution as per GTM and training tracker
∎ Guide & follow up with team members on their monthly overall market activation targets and achievement.
∎ Have focus on constantly improving Key Performance Metrics with regard to Recommendation and Demonstration
∎ Enable learning, provide training to all Sales Capability audiences as needed
∎ Plan and conduct Back-Checks and Competency Assessments
∎ Maintain Promoter/ Retail based training evaluation reports
∎ Team Engagement programs: Database management, content management, response time and engagement on application platforms.
∎ Co-create with Sales Capability Regional Team on projects such as (but not limited to):
∎ Sales Readiness materials
∎ Capability building for sell-in and sell-out audiences
∎ Training strategies for new launches with account teams
∎ Trainer capability programs
∎ Engagement programs
∎ Assist with the localization of design and content, working closely with local product teams to align on the right messages
∎ Support the Induction and Development of Team members
∎ Travel extensively across Bangladesh for training purposesm
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
