🌟 Position Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Sales & Marketing Manager to drive corporate business and revenue growth across our properties. This role focuses on building strong corporate relationships in Chattogram and Dhaka, increasing occupancy, and achieving ambitious targets set by management. 3 Hotels located Gec, Wasa, Agrabad. 1 Women Hostel in Khulsi.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Develop and secure corporate clients (MNCs, banks, NGOs, buying houses, shipping companies, travel agents)
Generate long-term contracts, group bookings, and event business
Conduct regular corporate sales visits in Chattogram & Dhaka
Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets
Manage OTA platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, etc.) and improve rankings
Lead digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Google Ads, promotions)
Coordinate with front office & reservations for pricing and availability
Maintain strong pipeline and submit structured reports
✅ Requirements
4–8 years experience in hotel sales & marketing
Proven corporate client network in Chattogram and/or Dhaka
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Target-driven and able to deliver measurable results
Willing to travel regularly
