Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Internal Meeting and Conference Call Coordination : Coordinate with internal teams to schedule meetings and conference calls.Warmly greet clients and introduce yourself to establish a positive rapport.
∎ Lead Generation: Research and identify potential customers through cold calling, databases, and other resources.
∎ Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and explain the company's products or services.
∎ Customer Engagement: Establish rapport and engage with customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide relevant information.
∎ Follow-up: Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, advertisements, and referrals.
∎ Sales Lead Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales lead targets by converting prospects into qualified leads or sales.
∎ Database Management: Maintain and update customer databases and track conversations and follow-ups.
∎ Appointment Scheduling: Set up meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
∎ Market Feedback: Gather customer feedback and relay it to the marketing and product development teams.
∎ Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on call activities, lead conversions, and overall performance.
∎ Adherence to Guidelines: Comply with company policies and telemarketing scripts to ensure quality and professionalism. Any other related task assigned by the management.
∎ The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and promoting products or services via telephone.
