Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Role Overview
The Sales Analytics & Controlling Lead supports the financial and commercial performance of ACI`s sales operations. This role combines strong analytical skills with business understanding to connect numbers with decisions. You`ll analyze sales performance, profitability, pricing, and trade investments, turning data into insights that help drive revenue and efficiency across all sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
1.Sales Performance Tracking
Analyze sales and financial KPIs across channels, regions, and product categories.
Prepare monthly reports highlighting growth trends, variances, and key drivers.
Support target setting and forecasting processes with data-driven inputs.
2.Channel & Route-to-Market (RTM) Analysis
Assess performance across direct, distributor, retail, and e-commerce channels.
Evaluate cost-to-serve and recommend ways to improve profitability.
Measure trade and marketing spend effectiveness across channels.
3.Pricing & Promotion Effectiveness
Analyze pricing structures and promotional activities to assess impact on margins and sales.
Provide insights on price positioning, discount strategies, and trade promotions.
4.Sales Mix & Demand Insights
Conduct product mix and margin analysis to support sales and category strategies.
Work with marketing and category teams on demand forecasting and inventory planning.
Identify opportunities to improve product assortment and sales profitability.
5.Business Partnering & Insights
Translate complex financial data into clear business insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to drive performance discussions.
Develop and maintain dashboards and tools that track key business indicators.
