Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluate attendance, tour plan, target & achievement of sales team and report any deviation
∎ Supervise & administer the daily activities of sales team as per company policy.
∎ Motivate the team members for continuous improvement of performance and delivery of results.
∎ Conduct research on marketing trends and issues, analyze current sales strategies and make recommendations
∎ Effectively implement promotional and advertising programs as specified and assigned for the specified areas.
∎ Determine profitability and establish a baseline for action and operational changes
∎ Analyze new credit requests, credit change requests, renewals, and recommend accordingly
∎ Ensure proper documentation (Application Form, Business Portfolio, Trade License, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration, NID Copy, Bank Statement, Business & permanent Address) during appointment and termination of distributor
∎ Monitor distributors trade activities and maintain distributor's sales and stock report.
∎ Evaluate competitor marketing trends, forecast and project future sales for the business
∎ Support sales team on achieving their targets through creation of new dealers and corporate parties.
∎ Work closely with the higher management on sales recruitment and admin issues which includes preparing job descriptions, advertising, short listing candidates, conducting interviews etc.
∎ Any other task assigned by management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to drive motorcycle for long sales tour.
