• Training/ Trade Course: Graphics Design, MS Office

• Skills Required: Business Development, Computer skill, Excellent communication skill

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

• EGP Tendering Expert, Tender Documents, Tender Management, Tender Preparation (Must be Mandatory )

• Power, Trading or Export/Import,

• Active participation in Govt. Tenders with remarkable track records.

• In-depth knowledge of BG/ PG, VAT, Tax, PO,LC.

• Experience in e-GP is a mandatory qualification criterion.

• Fluent in both Bengali and English.

Job Context

We are looking for an Engineer with significant expertise to coordinate and maintain tender enlistment for Govt, Non-Govt and NGO`s sales and follow up as well as making business proposals, Govt/ Non-Govt/ NGO`s tender bidding along with Technical and Financial offers. His main goal should be sales & Preparing bids for Sr. Executive Post

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare bids and tender proposals (including technical specifications, clarifications, documentation, tender submission, bill of quantity etc.) for various projects..

• Professional Skill in English Language both speak & writing , Corresponding with Party

• Knowledge of the E-Government Procurement Portal (e-GP) for E-Tender Submission.

• Computer Knowledge/E-mail is essential.

• Preparation of Prequalification and Tender Documents.

• Having well knowledge of PPR (Public Procurement Regulation) 2008 and PPA (Public Procurement Act) 2006.

• T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance

• Salary Review: Yearly
