∎ Teach Russian language (spoken & written) to students/employees as per the course syllabus.
∎ Prepare lesson plans, class materials, and assessments.
∎ Conduct interactive classes using modern teaching methods.
∎ Assess student progress regularly and provide feedback.
∎ Organize language practice sessions, presentations, and speaking drills.
∎ Guide students for certification exams (if applicable).
∎ Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
∎ Participate in meetings, training, and curriculum development.
∎ Prepare reports on student attendance and performance.
∎ Customize teaching methods based on student levels (beginner/intermediate/advanced).
