Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare sales and marketing Strategy for the company
∎ market Data analysis and submit report to Management
∎ Develop market and business plan
∎ Coordinate with every team and monitor their performance
∎ Appoint new dealer and sales force in blank market.
∎ Monitor sales force daily activities-including attendance, visit & sales/order collection.
