MBA or international retail experience will be an added advantage.

Minimum 10 years of experience in retail operations, preferably with international or large retail chains.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills.

Proficient in English and Bangla (spoken and written).
Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Head to lead and manage all retail operations for an upcoming international brand in Bangladesh. The selected individual will oversee the country’s full retail network — including operations, budgeting, strategy, and performance — ensuring smooth execution, brand compliance, and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end retail operations across all stores in Bangladesh.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and profitability.
Manage annual budgets, cost efficiency, and financial performance.
Ensure brand consistency and an excellent customer experience in every outlet.
Lead new store setup and expansion projects, including site selection and launch execution.
Supervise and guide store managers and regional teams to achieve operational targets.
Coordinate with marketing, HR, logistics, and finance departments for smooth business operations.
Conduct market and performance analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Report directly to Regional / Global Management on performance, challenges, and forecasts.
