The Retail Manager will be responsible for managing staff, monitoring performance, and maintaining high operational standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day retail operations

• Lead, supervise, and train store staff to achieve sales and service targets

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving issues

• Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and manage suppliers when required

• Maintain visual merchandising, store layout, cleanliness, and hygiene standards

• Track sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

• Plan and implement in-store promotions, campaigns, and marketing initiatives

• Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with operational and retail standards
