Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Retail Executive's primary responsibility is to sell products or services to customers.
∎ Ensure ST2 target achievement every month.
∎ Work on target Retail with details to build strong retailer base for assigned territory to get maximum sales.
∎ Find out new WOD retail to increase brand presence & market share.
∎ Targeting potential retailers and assessing opportunities for sales.
∎ Need to build retailers capacity of carrying high stock & sales to ensure DOD
∎ Make sales techniques to increase company presence and stimulate sales in an assigned area
∎ Monthly Once arranging meetings with potential retailers and selling product offerings.
∎ Ensure 100% Utilization of POSM materials.
∎ Follow up Brand Promoter team's daily target vs achievement.
∎ Guide Brand Promoter to achieve his target & motivate them as well as train them.
∎ A Retail Executive will oversee the operations of a retail store, including inventory management, staff management, and customer service.
