Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee restaurant operations.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
∎ Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen to ensure proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
∎ Ensure safety, cleanliness, and tidiness of the restaurant.
∎ Maintain quality control for all the foods served.
∎ Forecast future needs for goods and kitchen supplies, and order accordingly.
∎ Plan and manage shifts.
∎ Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs.
∎ Train up new employees and provide training to all the staff.
∎ Monitor staff uniform and grooming as per standards.
∎ Knowledge of food safety & HACCP.
∎ Strong communication skills in English & Bangla.
∎ Uphold the restaurant's positive image and generate new ideas to improve revenue & profitability.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer skills in POS, MS Office, e-mail and net browsing.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Monthly Service Charge.
