Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service, maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
∎ Nurture a positive and inspiring work environment, motivating and coaching team members to deliver exceptional service.
∎ Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the restaurant's profitability and customer satisfaction.
∎ Collaborate with the executive chef to curate extraordinary menus and offerings that tantalize the taste buds of our discerning clientele.
∎ Continuously monitor industry trends, market demands, and customer preferences to stay ahead of the competition.
∎ Drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing initiatives, guest engagement, and loyalty programs.
∎ Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize resources to achieve financial targets.
∎ Uphold strict adherence to health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for both staff and guests.
∎ Foster strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to maintain a seamless supply chain
∎ Act as the face of the restaurant, engaging with guests, handling inquiries and feedback, and resolving any issues with professionalism and tact.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in a high-end or renowned restaurant.
∎ Extensive knowledge of fine dining etiquette, culinary trends, and exceptional service standards.
∎ Exceptional leadership skills, with a talent for building and inspiring cohesive teams.
∎ Strong business acumen and a track record of successfully driving revenue and profitability.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests, staff, and stakeholders at all levels.
∎ Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
∎ Proficient in using restaurant management software, point-of-sale systems, and other relevant technology.
