∎ SSC/ HSC in any discipline from any recognized university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Costing of menus for restaurants.
∎ Restaurant Operational Planning.
∎ Taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant.
∎ Analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability.
∎ Organizing marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes.
∎ Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales.
∎ Creating and executing plans for department sales, profit and staff development.
∎ Preparing operational budget for restaurants.
∎ Plan and coordinate menus.
∎ Coordinating the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
∎ Recruit, train, manage and motivate staff.
∎ Respond to customer queries and complaints.
∎ Meet and greet customers, organize table reservations and offer advice about menu.
∎ Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
∎ Check stock levels, order supplies and prepare cash drawers and petty cash.
∎ Other activities assigned by higher management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong mentality, excellent communication skills & honest;
∎ Need to be good in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point & Net Browsing;
∎ This position is candidate must be fluent in English.
