Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA in any discipline.
∎ Candidates having Hospitality Management/Diploma in Hotel Management will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hotel & Restaurant, Restaurant management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruiting and supervising staffs of the restaurant.
∎ Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
∎ Planning menus with the team.
∎ Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health and safety legislation/guidelines.
∎ Promoting and marketing the business.
∎ Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
∎ Handling customer inquiries and complaints.
∎ Taking reservations.
∎ Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
∎ Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products.
∎ Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.
∎ Reporting to Managing Director.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be a team player, and have to have a good communication rapport with the kitchen and the service staff of the restaurant.
∎ Should have working experience in the restaurant.
∎ Verbal communication has to be good.
∎ Should have good computer skills.
∎ Should have good knowledge of MS office suites (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Salary: Negotiable
