∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Restaurant

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all F & B and day to day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
∎ Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customers service.
∎ Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concern.
∎ Report on Management regarding sales result and productivity.
∎ To ensure that all employees have a complete understanding of adhere to employees rules and regulations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Strong team player with open and collaborative communication style.
∎ Hardworking & able to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to meet deadline.
∎ Proven food management experience
∎ Working knowledge of various computer software
∎ Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
∎ Guest oriented and service -minded
