• Basic computer skills (POS Software, MS Office)
• Basic math and cash handling skills with high accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly and customer-oriented attitude,

• Take customer orders accurately at the counter.
• Suggest menu items, combo deals, or special offers.
• Enter orders into the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments (bKash, Nagad, etc.).
• Managed online food orders through platforms such as Foodpanda, HungryNaki, Shohoz Foods, Pathao Food, and other third-party delivery services."
• Verify cash drawer balance at the beginning and end of the shift.
• Maintain detailed records of daily transactions.
• Prepare end-of-day sales reports and submit to management or accounts.
• Managed the beverage department
• Greet customers with a friendly attitude.
• Guide customers regarding menu options and promotions.
• Keep the restaurant area clean and sanitized.
• Ensure packaging materials (bags, tissues, containers) are well-stocked.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff regarding order status.
• Update customers on wait times if needed.
• Assist during rush hours by helping with basic packaging or serving.
• Follow company policies regarding discounts, refunds, or voided bills.
• Comply with food safety and operational standards.
