∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Diploma in Hotel Management
∎ Skills Required: Microsoft word and excel

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a person who is capable of handling a guest house and have hands-on experience in managing guest house/hotel management.
∎ Candidates who have a background in hotel management/hospitality management will get preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising and training household staff.
∎ Overseeing the work of vendors/third parties.
∎ Overseeing procurement of household goods.
∎ Looking after guests.
∎ Organizing dinner parties and events as and when required.
∎ Being hands-on with all administrative duties, including paying bills and budgeting.
∎ Interviewing and hiring staff for non-management of guest houses.
∎ Manage staff training.
∎ Supervise upkeep of guest houses.
∎ Shift planning.
∎ Supervising the cleaning, security, CCTV, and maintenance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Administration, Effective communication skills, Guest Management, Hotel Management, Management, Negotiation , Internet Browsing, Gmail & Email, Typing Skill, Good Communication Bangla & English Languages .

Salary: Negotiable
