Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor customer satisfaction (Guest Feedback, Social Media Review).
∎ Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls. Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues.
∎ Welcomes guests and fosters customer loyalty through his/her friendly manner.
∎ Develops high quality relationships with guests .
∎ Guest complaints or contentious issues that cannot be settled directly by team members and provides a fast solution.
∎ Monitor front desk and ensure all employees comply with all security procedures for visitors.
∎ Have a good knowledge of all systems and standard operating procedures.
∎ Ensures that guest documentation and information is available and up-to-date.
∎ Any other duties assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Have a Good Knowledge Bangla & English Languages
