Experience:

• At least 2 years

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

• At least 2 years

• MBBS degree from recognized Medical College.
• Updated BMDC Registration certificate.
• Training on CMU & DMU
• 2 years of relevant experience (Specially NGO and Clinic management and operation is encouraged)
• Excellent communication skill.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Excellent in English language skills.
• Highly committed & motivated to work in remote places.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsible for:

• Perform rapid assessment and stabilization of patients arriving in the Emergency Department.
• Provide advanced life support and emergency procedures (e.g., intubation, CPR, IV access, trauma care).
• Conduct initial assessment and continuous monitoring of admitted patients.
• Ensure administration of medications, treatments, and investigations as per consultant’s instructions.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide immediate life-saving interventions.
•  Assist consultants during rounds and update them on patient progress.
•  Coordinate with nursing and paramedical staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Attend to emergency calls within the hospital and manage patients accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards.
• Provide clear communication to patients and their families regarding treatment

Activities:

• Perform neonatal and child care
• Providing general pre- and post-operative care
• Establish a regular family planning.
• Active participation in planning of any heath program in FHS.
• Providing training on clinical Management and ensuring quality services of medical staffs at FHS.
• Documentation and reporting. 
• Carryout duties & professional responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time & at the discretion of the Head of Friendship Hospital Shyamnagar (FHS).
