Responsibilities & Context:
- Being responsible for handling all categories of patients individually.
- Overseeing patient management, ensuring high-quality care and positive patient outcomes.
- Guiding and monitoring all activities of Nurses to ensure that all activities are according to hospital policy and guideline.
- Reporting to senior management, as well as liaising between administrative and medical staff.
- Ensuring consistent and accurate documentation of medical records for all patients takes place.
- Ensuring comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Ensuring that all healthcare regulations and safety standards are met.
- Maintaining proper dress code on duty time.
- Providing leadership during medical emergencies and critical incidents, ensuring effective response and communication strategies.
- Developing and maintaining effective communication with consultants, patients and colleagues.
