Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Reservation/ Ticketing, Travel Agent
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making reservation and issuing Airline Tickets to the customers.
∎ Keeping communication with the corporate clients.
∎ Keeping updated knowledge of Airline's Promotional offers.
∎ Ensure IATA Customer Portal / BSP Link operation
∎ Ensure Ticketing information for re-issue / refund/ re-valid
∎ Must have thorough sound knowledge in GDS specially in Galileo (Others Abacus & Amadeus)
∎ Making online reservation tour packages.
∎ Providing visa and other necessary documents to the valuable clients.
∎ Supporting office administration.
∎ Dealing with customer queries and complaints
∎ Promoting and marketing the business.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IATA Agency, Reservation/ Ticketing, Travel Agency, Visa Processing
∎ Must Possible, Have practical experience in Airline or Travel industry
∎ The applicant should have experience in Reservation & Ticketing.
