Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Training/Trade Course: GDS, Galileo ,Amadeus
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making a reservation and issuing Airline Tickets to the customers.
∎ Keeping communication with the corporate clients.
∎ Keeping updated knowledge of Airline's Promotional offers.
∎ Making and confirming bookings, often via a Global Distribution System (GDS)
∎ Making online reservation tour packages.
∎ Providing visa and other necessary documents to the valuable clients.
∎ Supporting office administration.
∎ Dealing with customer queries and complaints
∎ Promoting and marketing the business
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Abacus, Amadeus, GDS SYSTEM, Refund, Reissue, Sabre
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Air Ticketing, Reservation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent
∎ Proven working Experience as a Reservation & Ticketing Department.
∎ Excellent knowledge on Amadeus, Galileo and Sabre.
∎ Must have knowledge about issue, reissue, and refund.
∎ Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic, international, online booking, group booking).
∎ Ability to present and communicate with clients effectively.
∎ Good Communication skills (both oral and written).
∎ An outgoing, confident and energetic personality.
∎ A friendly and approachable manner.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be positive to extra working hour.
