∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ Operate GDS systems (Galileo ,Sabre , Amadeus and Others online ticketing system) to issue domestic, international and offline tickets.
∎ Ability to deal with/ communicate with overseas/local suppliers/agents of different countries of the world and negotiate with them for getting the best deal (Answering phones, Email and any other social media professionally, courteously and promptly)
∎ Ensuring all bookings & reservations are processed accurately and issue, reissue and refund ticket.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Respond to customer queries quickly for , Fare search, Fare quote, Make booking, Issuing tickets, re-issue, Cancellation, VOID tickets, process refunds.
∎ Must remain updated on Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team and others accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge of Airlines terms and conditions and ADM policies.
