Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the reservation team, reservation software Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus.
∎ Selling and promoting reservation services
∎ IATA account maintain & reconciliation of every fortnight bill.
∎ Customer & vendor ledger maintain smoothly.
∎ Maintain good communication & relationship with all customers & vendors.
∎ Deal with Airlines office, GDS office, IATA office.
∎ Ticket issue, refund, reissue, void all other reservation task maintain.
∎ Train & operate reservation team with proper knowledge.
∎ Accountable for high volume replying email and phone calls.
∎ Follow-up financial aspects of the bookings (invoice, payment etc.)
∎ Other duties may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 year(s) as ticketing & Reservation.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): GDS expert, IATA expert, Reservation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tour Operator
∎ Must be able to operate GDS - Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus software.
∎ Must be able to communicate in English (Written & Verbal both)
∎ Must be an expert on email & WhatsApp communication.
∎ Must be proactive, hardworking, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
