• OTA background candidates will get preference
• Experience in the Reservation and Ticketing Department
• Knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre.
• Well-versed in various areas of travel (domestic, international, online booking, group booking)
• Ability to communicate with clients effectively.
• Good communication skill both (oral and written)

Job Context:

The selected candidate will represent Fly Far International and provide world-class customer service to both customers and travel agencies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Making a reservation and issuing Airline Tickets to the customers.
• Keeping updated knowledge of the Airline's Promotional offers.
• Make online reservations for tour packages.
• Providing visas and other necessary documents to valuable clients.
• Supporting office administration.
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
• Promoting and marketing the business.
• Call Agents for feedback.
