∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Reservation/ Ticketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reservation & Ticketing, (Preferred knowledge in Marketing,Galileo, Abacus & Amadeus,)
∎ Producing brochures and Internet-based information
∎ Maintain relation with all air lines offices and the corporate clients in Bangladesh.
∎ Answer all phone calls and provide satisfactory feedback to the customers.
∎ Provide Quality customer service at all times.
∎ Inform clients about required documentation for visa processing.
∎ Visa Application form fill up and to help the clients to prepare & submit the documents to the embassy for visa processing.
∎ Arrange Appointment for interviews of the clients with the embassy.
∎ Ensure customer service by treating all colleagues, customers as you would your own.
∎ Have Knowledge regarding IATA Rules Regulations.
∎ Maintaining accounts and doing operate activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Without Experience No Need To Apply.

Salary: Negotiable
