∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Catering, E-commerce, Food (Packaged)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive all kinds of incoming Phone calls
∎ Give detailed information about our product/service to the customer via Phone
∎ Receive calls from customers and answer them about their queries.
∎ Set an appointment for customers who want to visit our office
∎ Welcome visitors, guests, and clients with proper greetings and manners.
∎ Make a call and email to customers for giving remind about our product, website, and social media page.
∎ Keep incoming call record/ data on a computer database for further contact.
∎ Provide reports to admin on a daily basis.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
