∎ Skills Required: Business Research, Negociation Skill, Strong analytical ability, Strong communication and presentation skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Market Research, Research and Consulting Firms, Research Design/ Analysis
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Research Organization

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess market research needs and formulate an annual research calendar
∎ Drive research projects aligning with business need and research calendar
∎ Manage, supervise, and execute all phases of market research studies ensuring quality in every step of the project
∎ Manage, organize and utilize consumer and market place insight from primary and secondary sources
∎ Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and solutions, including surveys and focus group transcripts
∎ Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches, and implement best practices
∎ Develop market evolution hypotheses, anticipate competitive dynamics, and evaluate business impact
∎ Lead tactical and strategic projects, collaborate with key stakeholders, and achieve alignment on market assessments and competitive landscape
∎ Discuss strategic business problems related to the product, pricing, and portfolio questions with business teams and suggest the most appropriate research methodology and techniques to best answer their business questions
∎ Coordinate the planning process through maintaining required collaboration among all stakeholders
