Additional Requirements:

What You Need to Be Successful:

• Master’s degree in Statistics, Development Studies, Social Science, Finance, or a relevant discipline from a foreign or a local reputed university.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute effectively.

• 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in the research field.

• Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

• Demonstrated experience in data collection, primary and secondary data analysis, FGD facilitation, and report writing.

• Experience working in a research farm or a think tank will be considered an added advantage.

• Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, and other relevant data analytical software.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collecting, managing, and analyzing data using various statistical methods.

• Conducting both qualitative and quantitative research activities.

• Leading and overseeing data collection processes, including primary and secondary data collection.

• Facilitating Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and other qualitative research techniques.

• Writing comprehensive reports to summarize research findings and implications.

• Extracting data and insights from in house bulk datasets, and provide analysis for reasoning.

• Contributing to publications and project proposals.

• Generating graphical representations and spreadsheets to present research results effectively.

• Conducting literature reviews and staying updated with relevant research in the field.

• Communicating findings and insights to internal and external stakeholders.

• Compiling qualitative information and integrating it into research outputs.
