∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ 1.Maintaining strong relationships with customers, communicating professionally, and resolving customer issues.
∎ 2.Establishing relationships with existing and prospective customers.
∎ 3.Proactively identifying and resolving potential service issues to mitigate impact on clients
∎ 4.Providing timely, accurate, and professionally produced data and information to support senior manager's decision.
∎ 5.Providing support for the exams team when capacity is an issue at peak times.
∎ 6.Being involved in the assessment stage, which may include passport requirements and right to work in the country.
∎ 7.Other tasks given by the management.
