Title: Relationship Manager (Student/ Immigration Counseling)

Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Master's/ MBA (preferred) degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum work experience required 2 years

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To consult with the students, guardians or immigration aspires face-to-face, over the phone regarding admission or immigration procedures of some selected countries.
∎ Creating and Managing Customers, maintain visitors Database and regular follow - up with them.
∎ Host Seminars with prospective students/immigration seekers regarding our Promotions and services.
∎ Maintain strict confidentiality about customer information, as required.
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms and maintain files and records.
∎ Receive and reply to emails and Application Process.
∎ Necessary training will be provided.
∎ Develop proposal /concept note for procurement of consulting services from various international and national prospective clients
∎ Prepare technical notes, concept notes, fact sheets, analysis, reports, communication materials, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
∎ Organize events including meetings, seminars, workshops, focus groups, and produce subsequent reports such as meeting minutes, event reports, etc.
∎ Assist in preparing various reports on consulting
∎ Project management and implementation
∎ Any other relevant tasks to be assigned
∎

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced with the same industry will be prioritized.
∎ Must have good command in English (Competent score in IELTS/ PTE/ TOEFL is preferable but not mandatory).
∎ Positive attitude to work under pressure.
∎ Should be hardworking, target Oriented and Self Motivated.
∎ Smart, dynamic & result-oriented
∎ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish effective relationships with all levels within/outside the company
∎ Excellent Interpersonal Communication skills, Good presentation skills, and team management.

Salary: Negotiable
